Your email will need to include the following information
1. Your name.
2. Your address.
3. Item description & style number (including label and size).
4. Your reason for return.
5. Whether you'd prefer an exchange (if available) or Online Store Credit.
We will email you back a Return Authorisation Number, as well as details on how and where to send your item.
All Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation Number. All items must be returned by Express or Registered Post, at your expense.
Return items MUST be odour-free, unworn and in absolute new condition with all swing tags / labels intact. Please make sure this is the case, otherwise we may refuse you credit or an exchange, and the item will be sent back to you.
All items are checked prior to being dispatched from Lobster Headquarters; however an item should appear faulty, or not as pictured, we will be happy to arrange for its return and appropriate refund. |
