WHAT IF MY PURCHASE HASN’T ARRIVED BY THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME?
Check on our Delivery page for an estimated time (in working days). Often your parcel may be awaiting collection at your nearest post office. If not, email us at delivery@frocklobster.com.au

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your tracking number. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register within  the Australia Post system.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?
This depends on where your parcel is being delivered to, but in most cases yes, you do. If you aren’t however, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and await your collection.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. If you live locally, you may prefer to collect your parcel in person. Our store – The Last Tango, is situated on Tamborine Mountain in Queensland. Please make a note of this in the Special Delivery Instructions column when placing your order. We’ll email you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected.

CAN I RETURN IT?

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
Payments are made using Paypal Express via a dedicated secure encrypted line. (Please click on our Online Security page if you require further information on this matter).
You do not need to have, nor do you need to create a Paypal account in order to make a payment on this website.
All prices quoted on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include GST.
