Ridiculous as it seems, we in Australia have no standard sizing guidelines, however you can use this helpful sizing chart below to give you a basic guide to the labels we stock.

Before deciding on which size to settle for, please consider the following:

• Is the fabric stretchy?
• Length- if you are tall, will the style be too short? If you are shorter, will it be too long?
• Are the sleeves a loose design or a fitted design?
• If you have a large(ish) bust, is the design going to be too revealing for your liking?

Frock Lobster has an advantage to many other on-line stores, in that we have a store too. This means we are familiar with all of these labels, and we get to see what works for different body shapes everyday.

MONSTER THREADS T-SHIRTS are a slim fit design. If you don't like them too clingy we'd advise to buy a size up than you'd normally wear.

All Metalicus garments are ONE SIZE*

* The exceptions being of some of the long and ¾ sleeve basics tops in both the Cottonbod and Bodytight fabrications. These are listed as 1 = size 8-12 and 2 = size 14-16
The other exceptions are Metalicus Tights and the Metalicus Girls Best Friend garment.

We do not offer refunds, but we do issue you with a Frock Lobster Online Store Credit Voucher (valid for 12 months), or an exchange (subject to stock availability).

Your email will need to include the following information
1. Your name.
2. Your address.
3. Item description & style number (including label and size).
4. Your reason for return.
5. Whether you'd prefer an exchange (if available) or Online Store Credit.

We will email you back a Return Authorisation Number, as well as details on how and where to send your item.

All Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your Return Authorisation Number. All items must be returned by Express or Registered Post, at your expense.

Return items MUST be odour-free, unworn and in absolute new condition with all swing tags / labels intact. Please make sure this is the case, otherwise we may refuse you credit or an exchange, and the item will be sent back to you.
All items are checked prior to being dispatched from Lobster Headquarters; however an item should appear faulty, or not as pictured, we will be happy to arrange for its return and appropriate refund.

Please choose carefully. We do not issue Credit Notes, if you:
  Â  Simply change your mind.
  Â  Make a wrong decision.
  Â  Find the same item cheaper elsewhere.
No credit or refund is available for goods that are purchased on sale
We gladly exchange or refund:
  Â  Where goods are faulty or not as pictured.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you with your tracking number. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register within  the Australia Post system.

WILL I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN MY PARCEL ARRIVES?
This depends on where your parcel is being delivered to, but in most cases yes, you do. If you aren't however, your parcel will be taken to your nearest post office and await your collection.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Yes, you can. If you live locally, you may prefer to collect your parcel in person. Our store “ The Last Tango, is situated on Tamborine Mountain in Queensland. Please make a note of this in the Special Delivery Instructions column when placing your order. We'll email you to let you know when your order is ready to be collected.

CAN I RETURN IT?
